The Scholars Lab is a campus-wide digital scholarship center that provides researchers with infrastructure, access to subject librarian and domain-situated expertise, and opportunities for learning, collaboration, and research presentation in support of multidisciplinary research and digital scholarship.
At the Scholars Lab, we offer digital scholarship support on data cleaning, digital visualization, optical character recognition, research dissemination, and more. Additionally, we provide support through consultations, events, workshops, and software and technology assistance.

Scholars Lab Fellowship
The Scholars Lab Fellowship provides graduate students with an opportunity to develop their research projects by using digital scholarship tools, receiving library and staff support, and engaging in professional development.

Scan Tech Studio
The Scan Tech Studio is a self-service facility for independent user digitization, image processing, and text recognition-based scholarship. We provide technical assistance, project consultation, and workshop sessions.

Scan Tech Studio Type of Space: Computer Stations Location: Perry Castañeda Library Description: Scan Tech Studio provides scholars access to advanced tools for Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
